Destiny Wilson

After graduating with my Masters in Applied Sport and Exercise Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro I received my certification as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). I have consulted with a variety of sport teams from Division I to Division III. In addition to working with collegiate athletes, I have worked with youth sports, adaptive sports, and individuals who have undergone weight-loss surgery. My interests include psychology of injury, adaptive sports, and youth sport. I have 10+ years of coaching experience in competitive gymnastics. Previously as an athlete I participated in basketball and gymnastics.
