Hi I'm Coach Page! I graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in Psychology and Sports Studies. I then received my Masters degree in Sport Psychology from Florida State University while serving as the lead consultant for a division 1 baseball team and high school rowing team. I specialize in working with athletes at all levels on improving thought processes and mindsets, dealing with performance anxiety and mental fatigue, and skills such as self-talk, imagery, confidence, routine building, and goal setting, but am available to work with a range of clients on a variety of mental performance topics and skills (attentional focus, rest/recovery, return from injury, athletic identity, burnout, etc.). I do NOT provide mental health counseling/therapy.
